Kawasaki Corleo aims to take robotic mobility from the trails into gaming and esports

The Kawasaki Corleo may initially look like little more than a robotic horse designed to carry people across difficult terrain, but Kawasaki Heavy Industries has a much broader vision for the project. The company is developing an ecosystem around its four-legged machine that could include a riding simulator, console gaming, “mecha esports” competitions and new forms of mobility in the real world. Rather than treating Corleo as a standalone vehicle, Kawasaki wants it to become a platform connecting physical and virtual exploration.
