National Guard adopts new structure based on competence, transparency

KUWAIT: National Guard Undersecretary Lieutenant General Hamad Al-Barjas on Wednesday affirmed that the Guard’s new organizational structure is founded on justice, transparency and equal opportunity, with appointments based on specialization, competence and the ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities. He said the approach would help ensure that the right person is placed in the right position, improve performance and enhance the efficiency of the National Guard’s work system.
