VIENNA: Insolvent Austrian property company Signa Prime Selection, part of the troubled Signa empire, has sold the luxury Hotel Bauer on Venice‘s Grand Canal as part of a deal with German industrialist family business Schoeller Group, Signa Prime said on Friday.
