Beiersdorf has recently announced a deal to acquire Clinique La Prairie’s real estate assets at its Montreux flagship in Switzerland, as well as a further six properties

The companies expect the transaction to be completed later this year

Beiersdorf owns premium skincare brand La Prairie which was created at the Montreux destination in 1978 – however La Prairie and Clinique La Prairie parted ways in the 1980s and became separate entities with distinct brands
