Mahana Therapeutics, a US-based provider of digital chronic condition management programmes, has acquired Berlin-based digital health company, HiDoc Technologies, which offers the Cara Care digital therapeutic app for digestive diseases. The combination creates a global company offering a comprehensive digestive health portfolio currently addressing Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Irritable Bowel Disorder (IBD), Celiac Disease and Heartburn, with a pipeline focused on Tinnitus, Pruritus, and Vulvodynia.
