KPMG is set to merge its operations in Switzerland and Britain to create an audit and advisory business with gross revenues of$4.4 billion.
Partners at the Big Four firm in both countries have voted in favour of the combination. Jon Holt, the chief executive and senior partner of KPMG UK, will become head of the combined group.
